Our Memorial Packages & What Makes Them Unique

Each memorial package includes three hours of gathering time, a dedicated on-site coordinator, and full staff support to ensure every detail feels seamless and thoughtfully cared for.

Our celebrations are designed in an open house style, allowing guests to arrive and depart at their own comfort, without the expectation of staying for the full duration. The Manor welcomes up to 60 guests in a relaxed cocktail style setting featuring lounge seating and cruising tables rather than formal dining, creating an atmosphere that feels natural, gentle, and unpressured.

Food plays an important role in bringing people together. We offer two curated menu experiences to complement your chosen package. Each menu is thoughtfully portioned for either 30 or 60 guests, allowing you to select what best suits your family’s needs. Often, remembrance is shared most naturally over food.

To further personalize the experience, we provide access to a trusted collection of event specialists. Whether you envision live music, photography, meaningful décor, or another special touch, our preferred partners can help bring it to life. What is a celebration of life?

A Celebration of Life at The Ruby Manor offers a warm and meaningful way to honour a loved one in a peaceful, beautiful setting, typically held after private burial or cremation arrangements have taken place.

Rather than focusing on loss, these gatherings centre on love, legacy, and the memories a person leaves behind. The atmosphere is personal and heartfelt , designed for creating space for conversation, reflection, and shared remembrance among family and friends.

Many families choose this style of gathering because it allows time for stories, connection, and togetherness in a setting that feels comfortable rather than formal. Each gathering can be thoughtfully personalized to reflect the individual’s life, personality, and values!

Our Memorial Packages

  • Designed for families who want a soft, calm, and comforting daytime gathering in a bright and peaceful atmosphere.

    Timeframe: Morning to early afternoon (recommended 10:00am-1:00pm)
    Style: Light, serene, and reflective

    Includes: 

    • Three hour rental of the Entire Manor ( Option to add on additional hours) 

    • Coffee, Tea and water. 

    • Dedicated on site event coordinator and staff support

    • Lounge seating with cruiser tables for mingling

    • Full styling and setup of the venue with white and green silk florals

    • Microphone and podium for speeches and shared memories

    • Smart Touch Screen Screen to Present a Slideshow

    • Guest book for attendees to leave messages and notes

    • Memory table for photos and memorabilia

    • Includes 8 Rental Picture Frames on the memorial table, along with one large framed picture of your loved one. 

    • We handle the printing of all your images so you just need to arrive and get ready to reflect on the happy memories. 

    • Option to add on a memorial tradition such as : releasing of doves, scattering of flower seeds, or lighting sparklers in our field. 

    • We recommend adding on our Menu 1 to this package (Catering Fee not Included in Package)

  • An Evening of Remembrance is created for families who wish to come together in a warm, comforting, and peaceful atmosphere during the late afternoon or evening hours. This experience embraces warmth, modern elegance, and heartfelt connection in a setting that feels like home away from home.

    With soft candlelight and a serene, luxurious ambiance, the evening unfolds in a refined cocktail-style format, allowing guests to gather, reflect, and share stories in a way that feels intimate, graceful, and celebratory in tone.

    Timeframe: Late afternoon to evening (recommended 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
    Style: Warm, candlelit, serene, and reflective.

    Includes: 

    • Three hour rental of the Entire Manor ( Option to add on additional hours) 

    • Coffee, Tea and water. 

    • Dedicated on site event coordinator and staff support

    • Lounge seating with cruiser tables for mingling

    • Professional Videography (1-hour): 350.00

    • Live Music (Violinist, Guitarist singer or Harpist – 1 hour): $450.00

    • Champagne Toast per guest $8/ per guest 

    • iPhone Content Creator to capture your event. All videos will be uploaded to a google drive following your wedding.  $150.00/hour 

    • Coffee/Tea Bar Cart- $700/1.5 hr Service for up to 30 guests or $850 for 2 Hour service up to 60 guests

We’ll walk you through the available packages, discuss any custom touches, and finalize your booking with confidence!

2. Send us your loved ones photos and personalize their memorial

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll connect you with the essential vendors to begin planning— including your event coordinator. You will go through the details of the event such as desired music, add ons, and share photos of your loved one.

3. Remember & Mingle

The day has arrived, and your only focus can be on being present. Our team will be on site to thoughtfully guide every detail, allowing you and your guests to share time together, honour memories, and reflect on your loved one in comfort.
