What is the best way to contact you?

We are at the studio by appointment only. The best way to contact us is by email at rubymanorstudio@gmail.com. We are happy to arrange a phone call to chat further, or an in-person guided tour of our studio. We look forward to hearing from you!

Where are you located?

The Ruby Manor Studio is located at the borderline of Brampton and Mississauga. We are minutes directly off the highways 401, 403, and 407.

Do you have photographer recommendations?

Click here to see a list of our preferred photographers. They visit our studio often, and know the best ways to capture beautiful memories in our space.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have parking on our property. As our studio property was previously Creditdale farm, we have lots of space which we have paved into a parking lot. We have room for about 18 cars, meaning no searching for parking is needed. Please me mindful not to park on the grass.

Can I have my bridal party join my session?

Yes of course! We love having bridal parties of all sizes join us for their photo sessions. Please note that each studio has a max capacity of 10 guests ( Including photographers and videographers) . For bridal parties of 10+ people, we require rental of the entire venue, which can accommodate up to 30 guests. Please contact the studio directly by emailing rubymanorstudio@gmail.com to book.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Cancellations receive a full studio credit or option to postpone to another date as long as we are given 24 hours notice. No refunds.

Rescheduling notices must be given prior to 24 hours before your session in order to be provided a credit. If you inform us of a cancellation or need to reschedule within 24 hours before your session, you will lose this booking. This rescheduled session must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.

Are pets allowed?

As much as we love our furry friends, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them indoors. We must do our best to protect the history of the Manor. You are welcome to bring your pets on a leash for outdoor photoshoots.

Do you host events?

Yes, we love hosting events! We specialize in intimate gatherings up to 30 guests indoors and outdoors. Visit our Events page to learn more.

What is Learning at The Ruby Manor?

Learning at The Ruby Manor is an initiative aimed at giving our photography community a chance to learn, improve and build on their skill sets, without a huge commitment or investment. We will be hosting monthly photography classes hosted at our studio to give new and experienced photographers the opportunity to learn something new in a topic they find interesting. Can I book a studio and host my own proposal?

Unfortunately we only allow in-house proposals to take place at the manor! We do not allow external proposals to take place. If you're interested in our in-house proposal packages, please let us know, and we'd be happy to provide more information for your special day!
